Age of Millennials

Refund policy

Last updated · September 23, 2026

This policy covers paid Scout subscriptions — Field Agent and Dealer — sold by Age of Millennials. The free Scout tier costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund on it.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Scout is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund it. You do not need to justify the request — a change of mind is reason enough. This applies to your first monthly or annual charge on either paid tier.

After the first 30 days, renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but we will always look at individual cases — a duplicate charge, a renewal you did not intend, a failure on our side. Write to us and a human reads it.

Free trial first

Every new account starts on a 7-day Field Agent trial with no card required. When the week is up the account drops to the free Scout tier on its own — nothing is charged unless you choose a paid tier yourself.

How to request a refund

Subscriptions bought on this website are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle issues refunds and handles billing enquiries:

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies.

Purchases made inside the iOS app

If you subscribe inside the Scout iOS app, Apple is the seller of that transaction. Apple’s refund process applies: request it through reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. We cannot refund an Apple transaction ourselves, but tell us about it and we will help you chase it.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. A cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account returns to the free Scout tier — your collection, hauls and scans stay put. Website subscriptions cancel through paddle.net or by asking us; iOS subscriptions cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
