One account covers the app and the site. New accounts get a 7-day Field Agent trial on first launch with no card, then drop to the free Scout tier on their own — nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Billing, terms and support
Website subscriptions are sold by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, tax, invoices and refunds. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings. Paid tiers renew until cancelled; cancel any time and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the 7-day trial needs no card.
