ABOUT SCOUT

Scout is the Age of Millennials field app for the shop floor and the show hall. Point the camera at a card, cartridge, comic, slab, toy or sealed tape and Scout identifies it, then reads the live asking market and the category’s Heat Index standing — so you know what the room is asking before you haggle, not after.

Barcode scans are unlimited on every plan, including free. Photo scans draw on a monthly allowance because they cost us real money to run, and when nothing comparable is tracked Scout says so instead of inventing a price. Signals, not appraisals.

Your finds log into a collection with cost basis and current asks, your trips log as hauls against the live market, and the shop and show finder puts the whole circuit on one map. Everything syncs with the same account on ageofmillennials.com.

Data and privacy

Your scans, collection and hauls are private to your account and never move the public Heat Index.
Location is used only to find shops and shows near you, when you ask for it.
You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app.
Subscriptions are managed by you and can be cancelled any time; the trial drops to the free tier on its own.
