One auction, three lanes of the hobby. Goldin's Monthly Sports Elite #9 closed the night of October 17 into the early hours of October 18, and its top three lots came from Formula 1, the NFL and the NBA. A 20-year-old driver's one-of-one edged out Tom Brady's most coveted rookie autograph. Every figure below is from Goldin's own lot pages, buyer's premium included. Signals, not appraisals.

1 — 2025 Topps Chrome F1 SuperFractor Auto Kimi Antonelli 1/1, PSA 10: $878,400

2025 Topps Chrome F1 Chrome Autographs SuperFractor #CAC-ANT Kimi Antonelli 1/1 in a PSA GEM MT 10 slab, cert 149549417
PSA GEM MT 10 · cert 149549417 · $878,400 Goldin

$878,400 ($720,000 winning bid, 34 bids), closed Sunday, October 18 at 12:48 AM CDT, per Goldin's lot page. The slab reads 2025 Topps Chrome #CAC-ANT, Chrome AU-SuperFractor 1/1, PSA GEM MT 10, cert 149549417.

The jump is the story. In early October, Men's Journal reported the lot sitting at $270,000 ($329,400 with premium) with 20 bids. It closed at more than 2.6 times that number. Goldin's lot description ties the run to Antonelli's 2026 season: eight wins in the first 15 Grands Prix and a 66-point lead in the standings through Azerbaijan. Only one F1 card on our sourced record board has sold publicly for more: a 2020 Lewis Hamilton SuperFractor at $900,000. We break that board down in F1 Card Record Board.

AOM signal: A true 1/1 has no comp. The only useful yardsticks are other 1/1s of the same driver and the same parallel tier, which is why we wrote SuperFractor 1/1s, explained.

2 — 2000 Playoff Contenders Championship Ticket Auto Tom Brady #045/100, PSA 8: $854,000

2000 Playoff Contenders Championship Ticket Autograph #144 Tom Brady in a PSA NM-MT 8 slab, cert 19778427
PSA NM-MT 8 · cert 19778427 · $854,000 Goldin

$854,000 ($700,000 winning bid, 37 bids), closed Saturday, October 17 at 9:30 PM CDT, per Goldin's lot page. Slab: 2000 Playoff Contender #144, Championship Ticket – Auto., PSA NM-MT 8, cert 19778427. SI Collectibles ranked it the week's No. 1 football sale and lists a PSA 8 population of 10. Goldin says only one higher-graded example is confirmed across PSA's census and PSA/DNA reports.

This is the /100 Championship Ticket, the scarcer cousin of the Brady Contenders rookie ticket that shows up on weekly sales lists all the time. Same photo, same auto, very different tier.

AOM signal: "Brady Contenders auto" covers several print runs. Check the ticket name and the serial number on the slab before you compare prices.

3 — 2007-08 Upper Deck Black Triple Auto Kobe / LeBron / Jordan #15/15, PSA Authentic / Auto 10: $671,000

2007-08 Upper Deck Black Autographs Triple Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Michael Jordan 15/15 in a PSA slab reading Authentic, Auto 10, cert 76610792
PSA Authentic · Auto 10 · cert 76610792 · $671,000 Goldin

$671,000 ($550,000 winning bid, 34 bids), closed Saturday, October 17 at 9:30 PM CDT, per Goldin's lot page. Slab: 2007 UD Black #TAUJBJ, Bryant/James/Jordan Autographs Triple, Authentic / Auto 10, PSA/DNA cert 76610792, plus an MBA Gold Diamond sticker. Goldin describes the three on-card autographs as silver ink and the card as serial-numbered 15/15.

Same split-label logic we covered with the signed 1932 Ruth last week: the card is confirmed genuine without a numeric condition grade, and the autographs carry a perfect 10. Three autographs, one grade: the 10 covers the signatures as a group.

AOM signal: On multi-signed cards, the auto grade does the heavy lifting. Compare it to other Jordan-Kobe-LeBron triples with strong auto grades, not to graded base cards of any of the three.
